Yes, but we charge just $2.95 for shipping to all domestic destinations. That's less than it costs us to ship to you, because we want to make money by selling great shoe bags, not by passing along shipping costs to you. We are tired of shopping online, only to end up disappointed at the checkout with unjustified shipping charges. We just want our customers to be happy!

Shoefly bags ship within 24 hours from the time you place your order. We use USPS 2-day priority mail. International shipments are sent using USPS Priority Mail International, and charges vary depending on destination. If you require special shipping accommodations, please contact us at info@shoeflybags.com and we will try to accommodate your request.

Yes, we ship to all major countries via USPS Priority Mail International. Country duties and/or tariffs must be paid by the purchaser. Please email us with the destination name, address, phone number and number of bags you wish to purchase if you are shipping to a destination outside the U.S.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your Shoefly bag, we can exchange it or accept a return for a refund. Shipping fees are not refundable. Shoefly bags must be returned in their original, unused, and unwashed condition within 14 days of receipt. Return requests must be accompanied by the packing slip invoice in order to receive a refund. Refund credits are issued using only the original form of payment. Credits will appear on credit card statements within 2 billing cycles. An online store credit may be issued for returned shoe bags that do not include a packing slip. Returns will only be accepted for purchases made online at shoeflybags.com. Purchases from other retail locations or online sites may be returned only to the entity from which they were purchased.
